StraLi is an association of legal professionals specializing in strategic litigation, an approach rooted in Anglo-Saxon legal traditions. This method involves identifying and pursuing emblematic cases that act as a “battering ram,” highlighting violations or insufficient protections of specific rights within targeted areas.
We offer technical-legal support to legal practitioners representing associations, organizations, or individuals during various stages of litigation when the case presents the potential for systemic impact in defending fundamental rights or freedoms.
Our support includes:
- Conducting case-specific legal and non-legal research, providing technical consultations, and drafting legal documents;
- Direct intervention in judicial proceedings as permitted by procedural rules, such as representing affected interests or serving as amicus curiae in supranational courts.
Our ultimate goal is to achieve, and assist others in achieving, rulings from national or international courts that set legal precedents or drive legislative reforms to protect or expand rights and freedoms.
